Desktop version of the hardened concrete bubble measurement device 'HF-MAC12'

The magnification ratio is approximately 714 times, making it possible to obtain values close to the true value.

The "HF-MAC11/HF-MAC02" is a device that performs bubble recognition tasks during image processing by focusing on the differences in shading caused by the way light hits the measurement surface. According to this method, special processing of the measurement surface (such as embedding resin) is not necessary, and measurement can be performed with only standard polishing treatment. The basic principle involves recognizing bubbles using the difference method on a digital screen and binarizing the image, which is then developed into a linear traverse method. 【Features】 ■ High precision with no individual error ■ Automatic recognition of voids and entrapped air within aggregates ■ No special treatment of the measurement surface required for image analysis (polishing only) ■ Re-editing work is possible ■ Data output in CSV format *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Portable version of the hardened concrete bubble measurement device 'HF-MAC02'

Real-time analysis results are calculated during measurement! Measurement using the area method is also possible.

The "HF-MAC01" is a hardened concrete bubble measurement device that rapidly measures concrete air bubbles using image processing. The bubble recognition task during image processing focuses on the differences in shading caused by the way light is directed onto the measurement surface. According to this method, special processing of the measurement surface (such as embedding resin) is not required, and measurements can be taken with only standard polishing treatment. 【Features】 ■ Automated measurement using the linear traverse method in accordance with ASTM C 457 ■ Measurement time is approximately 1/100 of the conventional method using the naked eye (2-3 minutes) ■ High precision with no personal error ■ Capable of identifying voids and entrapped air within aggregates ■ No processing treatment of the measurement surface required for image analysis *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
